The main objectives of this land use study were to evaluate the existing situation and prospects for industrial and commercial development in the Schoolhouse Industrial area, identify viable land use alternatives for the future of the area, evaluate the options to identify the preferred land use for the area, and identify policy and bylaw changes required to achieve the land use options.
